PARTIAL WEDDING PLANNER
Initial consultation with the bride and groom.
Month by month timeline for the couple and myself

If you've already chosen your venue/catering, but need a planner to help you with the rest of the details and vendors, then this is what you're looking for.
What does not include this service
-With our partial Wedding Planner service you will continue to have control of everything, you will be able to choose and select each of the suppliers.

-You’ll feel sure that every detail is covered and you will be able to go to sleep knowing that we are working to make your wedding unique and unforgettable.

-You’ll enjoy the whole process of planning your wedding and when the day comes, you two will enjoy it as VIP guests.
How is the process
Our first meeting is free and basically it is to get to know each other, see what you are looking for, what your expectations are and how I can help you.
Once we have our first meeting, I will send you a personalized budget for your wedding within 24 - 48 hours, which you can take your time to review.
After that, we will have a short phone meeting to make sure you don't have any questions or if you have already decided to take our services.
Immediately after you say YES, we will schedule an appointment to sign the contract and start planning the wedding of your dreams (meeting online or in person).
Our third meeting will be about the two of you. I will ask you questions to get to know you better and thus define the style and essence of your wedding.
I'll give you the month by month timeline in the first week to follow our work. Plus I’ll review the contracts you've already made with other suppliers and contact them.
I share our work board where we can see and edit each task that we are doing every day, through an application that allows us to have everything organized.
We will have one formal meeting per month to check how we are doing, you will also be able to choose one of the providers from each category that I selected for you.

YES, a room coordinator will help you with the caterer and perhaps with some of the decoration, but their services are usually a little more limited. The good thing about having a wedding planner is the flexibility to search and locate for you all the suppliers and aspects that are necessary to make the personalized wedding that you want so much, and not let yourself be carried away by the models or stereotypes that the venues already have established.
YES, I can travel within all of California, plus I love flying and seeing new places. To hire me for another State we must talk about it in advance and see what the requirements are that we need and that way we can give you a personalized budget.
YES, I have established prices for each package, but I have cases of couples who do not need some services and can be replaced by others, or want to include services from another package that is available. Everything can be discussed and adjusted, so don’t worry about that.
NO, each couple has their budget and for each one there is the ideal provider. Although my recommendation is to always plan the wedding in advance so that the search process is more enjoyable and accurate.
