What does not include this service
-With our Wedding Day Coordination service you can be sure that each supplier involved is doing their part and thus being able to carry out the wedding of your dreams

-It will give you the peace of mind of knowing how the wedding is going to flow, being able to be just the bride and groom as VIP guest

-And most importantly, knowing that if there is any last-minute detail, there will always be someone who can solve it and have a plan B
How is the process
Our first task is to find within yourself how you want to flow your wedding day, and I am also going to create a timeline with all the tasks that we must carry out day by day.
I will contact each vendor involved in the wedding to create an itinerary and schedule for everyone. Also I will review each contract with the suppliers you have already chosen.
We will be in constant communication, always respecting the times and moments but being able to help you at any time.
We will meet 3 time before the wedding day to see we have everything done or if we need to add any detail. I will attend and guide the rehearsal the day before.
I will create specific minute-by-minute itineraries of the wedding day so each vendor, bride and groom, and family members involved can have it ahead of time and know how the wedding is going to flow.
For us, good is not enough, that is why we will be working detail by detail on every aspect of the wedding so when you are there in the midst of all your family, friends and in front of the love of your life you'll say “WOW THIS IS WHAT I I DREAMED”.

YES, a room coordinator will help you with the caterer and perhaps with some of the decoration, but their services are usually a little more limited. The good thing about having a wedding planner is the flexibility to search and locate for you all the suppliers and aspects that are necessary to make the personalized wedding that you want so much, and not let yourself be carried away by the models or stereotypes that the venues already have established.
YES, I can travel within all of South Carolina, plus I love flying and seeing new places. To hire me for another State we must talk about it in advance and see what the requirements are that we need and that way we can give you a personalized quote.
YES, I have established prices for each package, but I have cases of couples who do not need some services and can be replaced by others, or want to include services from another package that is available. Everything can be discussed and adjusted, so don’t worry about that.
NO, each couple has their budget and for each one there is the ideal provider. Although my recommendation is to always plan the wedding in advance so that the search process is more enjoyable and accurate.
