First meeting to get to know each other, to see what you need, for me I will explain how I can help you and give you a personalized quote.
After saying YES, sign the contract and make your first payment which is 40%.
Complete my Initial Consultation Form, which is a form where I can have all the details of your wedding and I can start working.
The next meeting will be to fill out the Decoration form to define the style, theme, colors, activities, etc.
You will receive a month-by-month schedule (to-do list) and a vendors payment schedule.
You will receive your wedding budget that we will follow during the process.
I will start showing you vendors options and start meetings with them (I will always go with you)
We will work together on the guest list for your wedding (accommodation, transportation, travel)
You will receive the wedding day itinerary that we must analyze one month and one week before the wedding.
Make sure we follow our to-do list and enjoy your wedding day as a VIP guest.

I have designed 3 packages for three models of couples, all of them are adaptable and their functions and prices vary. (Full Package from $4,500 / Partial Package from $3,000 / Wedding Day Coordination from $1,500). Get a free quote and have a conversation with me to provide you more details.

The good thing about having a wedding planner is the flexibility to search and locate for you all the suppliers and aspects that are necessary to make the personalized wedding that you want so much, and not let yourself be carried away by the models or stereotypes that the venues already have established.
