GET MY IDEAS FOR A PERFECT WEDDING DAY

The Best Wedding Guest Book Ideas

How important is the Wedding guest book?

I would say that the Wedding Guest Book is one of the most important elements in a wedding, because remember, after the big day/party the only thing you will have left are the photos, the videos and the memories. Wedding guest book is part of those memories, and it is something that you can look at every time for a long time and also add pages on each anniversary. It is like the beginning of your marriage and it should be important.

With this I am not saying that you need the best guest book, neither the most expensive nor the most creative. I am talking about something that is relative to you, something that you think you will enjoy even when time passes, something that you will love to keep for the rest of your life.

So before you jump into the best wedding book ideas, take a moment with your fiancé to think about what is that element, theme, situation, adventure, place or city, games, sports, movies, etc that you both like and enjoy, and make that element part of your wedding, that idea can become the Guest Book of your wedding and it will be the best guest book for you because it is about being unique and keeping your essence.

Classic book

One of the most classic guest books, is a book with blank pages where the people can write down their wishes, despite its classic being a perfect option for couples who like to keep some tradition and relief moments.

Album with instant photos

People will love to take pictures of themselves and add it in your wedding album, also they can add a well wish for you.

Jenga tower

This is perfect for those adventure couples, who love table games and want to do something different and make their guests have fun.

Wish Frame with wooden hearts

For romantic couples and also those who think they can decorate their new house with some stuff from their wedding, it’s the perfect decision because we all know the first year is a long one which will be useful to decorate your new home.

Wish Jar

Write down on a piece of paper your wishes and add it to the wish jar. It will be part of your ornaments to decorate your new home, easy to keep it with you wherever you go.

Globe

I think this is the perfect guest book for couples who are from different countries or are going to move to a new city or state. So this globe represents that wherever they are their guests’ wishes will go with them.

Pick up the phone

This is a fun way to keep your guests active during the cocktail hour, plus people will be very excited and this phone will record the messages and you can create a video using it as background sound.

Send Postcards

If you are a couple who dreams of traveling, or love adventures or have actually traveled a lot, it is the perfect time for it to be a part of your wedding. You can get postcards of the places you want to go and have your guest sign the wishes on them and place them in a personalized mailbox.

Make a Video

You can place a camera, phone or tablet on the table where people can make videos giving you their best wishes, which is an awesome idea to put them together and make a video later on.

Your favorite Book/ Magazine

You can select a local magazine or any book that you both love and have your guests sign it, it will also work as part of your decor and add a meaningful sharing part of what you love.

Feature Photos of your adventures

This idea is for couples who want to share their adventures with the guests, you will have to make an album with your photos and leave a blank space around each page, so that people can write their wishes and also enjoy watching your adventures.

Portrait-Frame photo with enough blank space

I love this idea because you can use it to decorate your house larter on, so print your best picture together and make sure to leave enough space for people to write their names and wishes.

SurfBoard

If you love the ocean, maybe you are a surfer or planning to get closer to the beach, or just because you want it as part of your home decor, this is a perfect idea. If you have a surfboard, make it part of the wedding and have your guest sign the board.

                                                            Typewriter

Vintage, classic but still fun. This idea is one of my favorites for those couples who love to read or write. The people will love to remember how to use it and it will be a topic for your guests to talk about and get to meet each other.

Music Idea

For couples who love to listen to music, get a record that you both enjoy and have your guests sign it. It could just be one or a full collection that you can place on a board or table.

Sport  Idea

If you’re a couple who play sports or just love one, you can add a soccer ball, baseball, or whatever item from the sport you love and have guests sign it.
