Rentals to considerer for your Outdoor Wedding

Most people think that having an outdoor or backyard wedding is a little more practical and probably an opportunity to save money, maybe because of the etiquette it is probably less strict or formal, but the logistics of the wedding anyway It’s really hard, sometimes more than usual because there are so many rentals and vendors working on the wedding day, so it’s more likely that you’ll need a wedding planner who can host all of those vendors and set everything up like a pro.

Outdoor wedding doesn’t mean informal, you can have your outdoor wedding at a very luxurious hotel or rooftop, beach or any space that is located outside with amazing views and contact with the natural environment.  Just keep in mind there are the same details and work to do as if the wedding took place at a reception, with some extra tasks to do like rentals that you will need. Check the Rental Checklist below and see what of them you will need:

The rectangular table with drawers can be used as a bar table, on top put the bottles and ice, then open the drawers and put glasses for self-service, be sure to put utensils for people and napkins.

Furniture you can use most of your furniture to decorate your wedding, the sofa can be part of the photobooth, or create a lounge area.

Round tables can be used for the cake table, dessert table, or memories table with photos of generations of marriage in your family. You cover it with white cloth and it will look great.

Flowers, if you have flowers in your backyard do not hesitate to use them, you can make beautiful centerpieces with them, or just work as a background for photos, make sure you keep them well and make them part of the decoration.

Lighting, You can buy outdoor string lights (in case you don’t have one) to decorate your backyard for the wedding and trust me, it will look amazing. Adding lighting is one of the most important things to invest in your wedding, it will add a romantic and intimate essence.

Shelf, you can use one of your shelves for the coffee or tea area, or even for sodas and water for non-drinkers or children.
